The programs and committees of the Tofino-Long Beach Chamber of Commerce are overseen by a 9-member volunteer Board of Directors consisting of elected Directors. Collectively, the Directors bring expertise from their respective sectors to the Board.

In December 2010, the Chamber Board developed a strategic plan to help prioritize and achieve the boards goals. This Strategic Plan and Goals will be re-visited annually, each Fall. The 2011-2012 Strategic Plan is available here: assets/files/Tofino_LB_StratPlan.pdf
