2011 December Tofino-Long Chamber of Commerce Luncheon Postponed

  Dear Chamber Members:

 
We regret to inform you that the December 9th, Tofino-Long Beach Chamber of Commerce Luncheon, hosting the Honourable Minister of Advanced Education, Naomi Yamamoto, has been postponed. The Minister intends to visit Tofino in the New Year in support of our vision for a "higher learning centre". 
 
Please see the memo below sent to us from the Honourable Minister's office (November 23, 2011 3:47:57 PM PST ):
 
"I regret to inform you that due to an unforeseen event, Minister Naomi Yamamoto is unable to visit Tofino on December 9th. Minister Yamamoto sends her sincere regrets and thanks the Tofino Chamber of Commerce for its time and efforts in planning the visit. She is looking forward to visiting Tofino, meeting students and community members in the New Year."

We apologize for the inconvenience, and hope that you can attend this future event when we have a new date set for her visit.
