The Coalition facilitates an inclusive, integrated model for service delivery based on research, best practices and local knowledge, engaging broader perspectives from communities to facilitate this model. Developing the capacity on the West Coast to address the needs of communities by improving communications, networking and relationships among a full range of service providers in the public, private, volunteer and corporate sectors.
